Approach
We use layered controls to protect account and marketplace data, including authenticated access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and role-separated backend credentials.
Authentication and account protection
Account creation requires email confirmation. Protected workflow routes are restricted to authenticated and confirmed users. Password changes and account deletion are available in account settings.
Vendors and infrastructure
We rely on selected third-party infrastructure and communications providers to operate the platform (for example authentication/database and transactional email providers). We apply least-privilege access and keep sensitive keys server-side.
